At My Life’s Coach, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources, coaching services, and professional development designed to support personal growth, teacher sustainability, and Christ-centered formation. Because many of our products include immediate access to digital materials, we maintain the following refund guidelines.
Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital guides and downloads
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once digital materials are purchased, access is immediately granted and cannot be revoked. For this reason, refunds are not available.
If you experience technical issues accessing your materials, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
Online Courses & Training Programs
This includes:

Virtual workshops
Refund eligibility:

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
After this point, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital instruction.
Coaching Services
This includes:

Individual coaching sessions

Formation coaching

Consulting sessions
Policies:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged $50.
Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.
Live Workshops, Speaking Engagements, or School Training
For events booked by individuals or schools:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event may receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future training if approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Physical Products
If a physical product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund.
