​​My Life’s Coach, LLC provides curriculum, training, and educational resources designed to support Christ-centered formation, social-emotional learning, and project-based instruction. These materials represent significant intellectual property and are protected under copyright and trademark law. This policy outlines how our curriculum and instructional resources may be used.

1. Ownership of Curriculum

All curriculum materials created by My Life’s Coach, LLC remain the intellectual property of the company.

This includes but is not limited to:

• ANCHOR Journey™ instructional framework

• Anchored in Christ™ curriculum

• Student workbooks and journals

• Teacher facilitation manuals

• Professional development materials

• Certification program content

• Printable resources and activity guides

• Videos, slides, and digital learning materials

Purchasing curriculum grants a license to use the materials, not ownership of the content.

2. Individual License

An individual purchase grants one licensed user permission to use the materials.

The licensed user may:

• Use the materials in their own classroom or learning environment

• Print copies for their direct students

• Use the materials as part of their instruction

The licensed user may not:

• Share files with other teachers

• Upload materials to shared drives accessible by others

• Post materials online or on social platforms

• Sell or redistribute materials in any form

3. School or Organization License

Schools or organizations may purchase multi-user licenses for broader implementation.

Institutional licenses allow:

• Multiple teachers within the same school to use the curriculum

• Printing of materials for enrolled students

• Implementation within the purchasing organization

Institutional licenses do not allow:

• Distribution outside the licensed school or organization

• Sharing with other schools or districts

• Uploading curriculum to publicly accessible platforms

Additional licensing may be required for district-wide or multi-campus use.

4. Digital Content Restrictions

Digital curriculum materials may not be:

• Uploaded to public websites

• Distributed through file-sharing platforms

• Shared through open-access classroom systems without license authorization

• Reproduced in other curriculum products

These protections help ensure the sustainability and continued development of high-quality educational resources.

5. Certification and Training Materials

Teacher certification programs, training courses, and professional development materials are licensed for participant use only.

Participants may:

• Use training strategies within their classrooms

• Reference program materials for implementation

Participants may not:

• Teach or resell the training content as their own program

• Republish certification materials

• Distribute program manuals or training slides

Facilitator licenses are required for those who wish to lead official training programs.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

All curriculum materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
